Job Description		:		Conduct planning proposals, feasibility studies, market analysis, land search and acquisition proposals Coordinate and liaise with all departments, consultants, contractors, authorities and suppliers involved in the project Provide support to other departments on technical and authority issues Derive, monitor and update project development programmes Conduct value engineering analysis and comparative study of various designs and construction costs
Requirements		:		Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or other relevant disciplines Not exceeding 45 years of age with at least 10 years working experience with 3 years in management level with Property Developers Experience in strategic master planning, feasibility studies, land acquisitions, project management and authority liaison Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD)
