Job Description		:		Overall management and operations of assigned residential or commercial estates Set and control maintenance budget including contractor management, supplier management, etc Attend to resident complaints and conduct service follow ups with residents when job is completed Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe and well- maintained community services
Requirements		:		Possess Degree in a related field Must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia Minimum of 5 years working experience in high-rise or landed properties Candidates without a degree but possess a minimum of 10 years experience will also be considered
