Job Description		:		Administer contracts, monitor, determine, negotiate remedies and coordinate all contractual legal disputes Prepare contractual documentation for contract modifications Prepare contracts for close-out and manage all contractual issues
Requirements		:		Degree in legal – Contract and/or Commercial Law, Contracts Management specializing in Construction Industry is preferred although an equivalent amount of training, education and experience in the construction industry will be considered Knowledge in and direct experience with various contract types (i.e. cost, fixed price and performance-based) contract negotiation techniques and strategies would be an advantage Able to apply independent judgment, creativity and analysis on identifying and resolving issues, developing solutions, suggesting provisions in present or future contracts to allow for anticipated economic, changing conditions or risks
