Requirements		:		Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. At least 15 years of working experience in construction industry or related field is required for this position. Experience in water and waste water treatment industries preferably in water retaining structures and pipeline construction. Required skills: Project Management, Site Management, Client/Consultant Management Ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal and communication skills with proven capacity in managing, proficient in English, liaising with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors and staff at all levels. Ability to manage projects to ensure timely completion, within budget and with specified quality and safety requirements before handing over to client. Must be able to plan, coordinate and monitor sub-contractors activities at project sites. Responsible to deal with clients and related authorities. Registered Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia. Must be computer literate.
