The Group moved into property development activities in 2006 leveraging on the synergies with our construction businesses. LOH & LOH Development Sdn. Bhd, our development subsidiary, focuses on niche developments and emphasises on design, value and quality. The Company’s maiden project in Taman Melawati, an established township located within 10 minutes from Kuala Lumpur City Centre and yet surrounded by ample nature.

RiverView Kemensah is a low density freehold development of 87 units of tropical contemporary semi-detached and bungalow homes built on a “back to nature” concept that compliments the existing surrounding treasures of the quartz hills, botanical forest reserve and a clear river that runs along the side of the development.

The development features a 650m “RiverWalk” park that is lushly landscaped and interspaced with shelters and benches to enable residents to stroll and enjoy the calming river, as well as parks that are strategically located to create a natural environment surrounding. All parks are interconnected via the “Linear Park”.

On the heels of the successful nature-inspired RiverView Kemensah, the Company embarked on a low density development Idaman Hills in Selayang. The development comprises 180 units of semi-detached and bungalow homes. Set among the hills of the lush Bukit Lagong Forest Reserve, the gated and guarded Idaman Hills is envisioned as a low density enclave with a luxurious setting of natural green linear and river parks, wide cul-de-sac roads, interconnected pathways and staggered platforms.

Banking on its highly successful developments, work has commenced on the new development projects in Mont Kiara, Kelana Jaya and Rawang, Selangor. In a push for further expansion, the Company will continue to search for land to invest and acquire for new and exciting development concepts.
